“”In many franchise networks quote documents need to be produced as part of the sales process. Finding ways to speed up the quote generation can really help the franchisees’ productivity.
At a simple level it can be selecting the products for the quote and from there automatically creating a fully branded quote document to send to the prospect. This is quite straight forward and all systems with a quoting feature should be able to do this and will ensure that all quotes go out in a standard form with all the appropriate additional information (T&C’s etc).
However other quotes can be more complex. Generally these will require a number of pieces of information to be captured and fed into calculations which then need to be embedded into the quote document produced.”
